These homemade cherry berry yoghurt popsicles are an easy to make and healthy frozen treat that will certainly cool you off during summertime. They are naturally sweet and loaded with Greek yoghurt and fresh berry flavor in each bite! You and your kids will love them!
What you will need
1 cup strained Greek yoghurt
2 cups red berries and cherries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp Greek honey
1 tsp vanilla extract or powder

Making popsicles is super fun and if you are a mom, you can prepare them together with your kids! They are so easy to make, with only a few ingredients that your kids will definetely adore!

Servings: 8
Preparation time: 10 mins
Total time: 5 hours and 10 mins
Ingredients
2 cups cherries and berries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strained Greek yoghurt
3 tbsp. Greek honey
1 tbsp. vanilla extract or powder
Method
Wash and drain cherries and berries and remove stems and pits.
Add cherries and berries in a food processor and beat until pureed.
In another bowl add yoghurt, honey and vanilla and mix very well until combined.
Pour pureed cherries and berries in the bowl with the yoghurt and mix until well homogenised.
Finally, using a spoon, pour the mixture into each popsicles mold. Insert wooden sticks into each popsicle and place it in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Since the popsicles are frozen, remove from the freezer, let them stand for a few minutes, remove from the mold and serve right away. Enjoy!
