Light and fresh Greek-Style Cucumber Salad is a fantastic alternative of Tzatziki to enjoy during summertime. A deliciously creamy yet refreshing salad made with a combination of sliced cucumbers, dill, Greek yoghurt and garlic. This recipe is so easy to make and is perfect to enjoy it as a side dish or inclusion to a BBQ or family gathering.

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
100 gr. Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dill, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili flakes
salt
pepper
Method
Wash cucumber cut in slices. Peal onion, cut into half and then cut in slices.
Place cucumber and onion in a large bowl and set aside.
In a smaller mixing bowl add Greek yoghurt, dill, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, chili flakes, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix until well combined.
Pour yoghurt mixture over sliced cucumbers and onions and toss to evenly coat everything.
Serve and enjoy!
